Ans- Depends on the situation, for special cases we might offer personal trainings.
Q6) My kid plays a sport/plays in the park and his/her activity level is high. Is training still required?
Yes! Training is different from Playing. We must work on the kids' strengths as well as weaknesses. We cannot let any kids grow up with certain weaknesses. For example, some kids might have good speed, but poor balance and vice versa.
Learning good movement and building fitness will give them an additional leverage if they pick up any sport.
Q7) Is exercising safe for kids?
Yes, provided it is done under supervision of a trained expert. Start slow and subsequently build up workout intensity.
Q8) What kind of exercises are performed?
We do functional training, consists of day-to-day activities like Running, Jumping, sitting down and standing up, pulling, pushing etc. to provide 360-degree fitness.
Q10) Whom is this program exactly designed for?
Ans- Functional Fitness is essential for anyone who is performing day-to-day activities. At FitBuds, we however focus on kids between age 4-12 years of age.
a) Kids who are active in sports: We have an experience of training kids participating in different sports such as swimming, football, cricket, etc. Be it any sport, their performance goes up by leaps and bounds with a Structured Fitness Program.
b) Kids who are not interested in any sports: Even if the kids are not ambitious to do well in sports, they need stronger bones and muscles, good posture and higher immunity levels. These can only be built by performing resistance training under good supervision.
Q11) How does a kid prepare for a workout session?
Ans- Kid should be in Comfortable clothing, must have a personal yoga mat, water bottle and towel. Heavy meals should be avoided 2 hours before workout.

Ans-XFitKids live classes on ZOOM are equally beneficial for kids as our offline sessions. We offer free trials, the parents/kids are free to choose
Q13. What is the batch size for classes?
Ans- A batch will ideally have 8-12 kids.
Q14. Would Kids experience any body or muscle pain during first few sessions?
Slight muscle pain is normal for kids who are new to workouts. It happens because muscles start developing strength around those areas. Soreness can be released by gently massaging and performing stretches discussed during the class. A muscle relaxant cream/spray may be used depending on the pain.
Q15. Will Kids also be given a diet plan to follow?
We give a general guidance from their coaches on Healthy Lifestyle habits which includes good nutrition and mindful eating.
