Younglings academy takes a rather rare approach to education & teaching. It is the first institute in the state to be inspired by Reggio Emilia’s approach to learning in the early stages of life. Here they put the natural development as well as the close relationship infants share with their environment at the center of its philosophy.
They firmly believe that every kid is unique in their own way & to bring their point of view forward, they foster education to the youngest learners to promote the idea of integration among children’s 100 languages.
In this approach, there is a belief that little kids have the right to voice their own opinions and thoughts so that they can grow to their full potential. As kids are also known to be the “knowledge bearers” they are encouraged to share their take on everything that happens during the day.
They shift the approach of teaching by not looking at kids as objects of instruction & rather as subjects of knowledge. Most of their approach allows kids to explore, observe, hypnotize, and bring forward all questions to clarify & strengthen their understanding of the subject.
